All of our apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready.  Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections. Residents may qualify for one month of free internet when signing up with Cox internet provider services. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in our common areas and business center for resident use, ideal for remote work or work-from-home days.

Our gourmet kitchens feature Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water dispenser, a microwave, a stainless steel dishwasher, and a sink disposal. Kitchens also include granite countertops with designer undermount sinks, custom maple cabinetry with 42-inch upper cabinets, a large kitchen island, and track lighting in the kitchen and dining area. ICON at Dulles charges various fees associated with each unique lease. You can find a high-level overview of select fees and policies listed below; however, our leasing team will provide a full, itemized cost sheet for the exact apartment home you’re considering before you sign your lease.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Application Fee — $50 per applicant over the age of 18
• One-Time Pet Fee — $500 per pet (up to 2 pets)
• Monthly Pet Rent — $60/Cat and $60/Dog
• Amenity Fee — $350 at Move-In
• Renewal Amenity Fee- $149
• Parking Fee — Reserved garage parking is $75/month per vehicle, and non-reserved garage parking is $40/month per vehicle.  A reserved garage space with Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is $175/month.
• Storage Fee - Storage space is available for $75-125/month, depending on the storage unit. Please contact us for details and availability.
• Trash Fee - $39.05/Month
• Building Protection Fee - $10/Month. All residents will be enrolled in the Building Protection Program for $10 per month, which differs from your own Renter's Insurance. The Building Protection Program is not insurance for the tenant, but rather a protection measure for the building to allow quicker repairs after any resident-related damage.
• Move Out Cleaning Fee - A one-time $180 cleaning fee, which is paid when you provide your notice to vacate the apartment.

Refundable Fees

• Security Deposit - Security deposits are based on credit approval and screening results, and are determined individually for each applicant. A standard Security Deposit ranges from $350 up to two months’ rent.

ICON at Dulles offers a multi-level covered parking garage, along with electric car charging stations for EV drivers. We currently have 8 dedicated EV charging spaces, with an additional 4 pay-per-use charging stations available. Rates are:

• Reserved garage parking space: $75/month
• Non-reserved garage parking space: $40/month
• Reserved garage EV charging space: $175/month

We sporadically offer move-in specials for new residents, which may include free rent, waived fees, and other incentives. Specials vary by apartment home, lease term, and move-in date, so availability changes often. You can review the rental qualification criteria for all Dweck Properties communities online. While we accept housing vouchers, we do not participate in the ADU/WDU program. We offer both in-person and live video tours. Tours cannot be scheduled online less than 4 hours in advance, and walk-in tours are welcome during business hours based on our team’s availability. The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease (no questions asked and no additional fees).

ICON at Dulles has a dedicated on-site maintenance team. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal, and can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.

The Dweck Properties Customer Service Pledge guarantees that during weekdays, any non-emergency maintenance requests, questions, or concerns submitted will receive a personal response within two business days. If we cannot complete the non-emergency maintenance request within two business days, you will be notified of the status and when to expect resolution.

Your pets are welcome at ICON at Dulles! Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review the full Dweck Properties pet policy.

ICON at Dulles is located at 2341 Dulles Station Boulevard in Herndon, VA, along the Dulles Technology Corridor. Dubbed “The Silicon Valley of the East” by The Atlantic, the corridor is home to some of the country’s largest tech companies, including Amazon Web Services. Our community is minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport and just 0.5 miles from the Innovation Center Silver Line Metro Station, with the pedestrian-friendly Reston Town Center just up the road. At ICON at Dulles, having a car can be useful for getting around. That said, the Innovation Center Silver Line Metro Station is just 0.5 miles away, and a vast network of parks and biking and walking trails is right in our backyard. Our multi-level private parking garage and quick access to the Dulles Toll Road also make driving across the region easy.

Residents can commute car-free thanks to the Innovation Center Metro station, just 0.5 miles from ICON at Dulles on the Silver Line. From Innovation Center, you can ride directly to Reston Town Center, Tysons, Washington Dulles International Airport, and downtown Washington, D.C. Given our suburban setting, a car is still helpful for errands, but the Silver Line makes car-free commuting very practical.

Worldgate Centre, just minutes from ICON at Dulles, offers restaurants, coffee shops, everyday shopping, and AMC Worldgate 9. For a bigger night out, Reston Town Center features 35+ restaurants and more than 50 retailers in a walkable urban setting, reachable by car or via the Silver Line. Historic downtown Herndon also offers local restaurants and shops just a short drive away.

Giant Food on Centreville Road is one of the closest full-service grocery stores to ICON at Dulles, just a short drive away. Harris Teeter on Highland Crossing Drive in Herndon is another convenient option for weekly shopping.

Reston Town Center is the go-to shopping destination for ICON at Dulles residents, with more than 50 retailers ranging from national brands to local boutiques. Worldgate Centre offers everyday shopping even closer to home.

AMC Worldgate 9 at Worldgate Centre is the closest movie theater, just minutes from our community. Reston Town Center hosts a year-round calendar of events, including summer concerts, seasonal ice skating at the Pavilion, and community festivals, and is also home to LOOK Dine-In Cinema. Downtown Washington, D.C. is accessible via the Silver Line, and on-site, residents can enjoy our private theater with a 110-inch screen and surround sound.

ICON at Dulles features a fully outfitted on-site fitness center and an indoor multi-purpose court for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. For outdoor workouts, the W&OD Trail runs through nearby Herndon, and Dulles Station Community Park is right in our backyard.

The Washington & Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail runs through nearby Herndon and is one of Northern Virginia’s most popular multi-use trails, offering a paved, 45-mile route between Shirlington and Purcellville for cyclists, runners, and walkers. Closer to home, a vast network of parks and biking and walking trails is right in our backyard.

ICON at Dulles backs immediately onto Dulles Station Community Park, which includes a playground, dog park, basketball courts, and green spaces.  Less than a mile away, Arrowbrook Park offers soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce courts, and playgrounds.  Frying Pan Farm Park, a Fairfax County park with a working farm, is a short drive away, and Chandon Park in Herndon features a popular dog park. On-site, residents also enjoy resident garden plots and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

The closest station is Innovation Center on the Silver Line, just 0.5 miles from ICON at Dulles. Washington Dulles International Airport is the next stop west, and the Herndon and Reston Town Center stations are one and two stops east.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is just under 5 miles from ICON at Dulles, about a 10-minute drive. Our residents can also take the Metro just one stop to the airport: walk to the nearby Innovation Center station and ride the Silver Line one stop west (toward Ashburn) to Dulles Airport.  For frequent travelers, it’s an exceptional convenience.

For most flights, Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the more convenient option for ICON residents. However, Reagan National Airport is roughly a 30- to 45-minute drive from ICON at Dulles, depending on traffic. By Metro, you can take the Silver Line from Innovation Center and transfer to the Blue or Yellow Line to reach the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station.

Virginia Railway Express (VRE) service does not stop in the Herndon/Dulles area. However, the Silver Line from the Innovation Center station connects to VRE at L’Enfant Plaza for commuter rail service to Virginia suburbs along the I-66 and I-95 corridors. ICON at Dulles is located in Fairfax County and is served by Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). School assignments are based on address, and FCPS approved boundary changes that are being phased in beginning with the 2026–27 school year, so we recommend using the FCPS Boundary Locator to confirm the elementary, middle, and high schools that serve our community.

ICON at Dulles is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means that we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
